Primal Tao Movement Price List

There are a number of possibilities for working with Primal Tao Movement. 

The current prices for these are as follows:

Session Details

• Each session typically lasts for one hour, though you can opt to pay for an extended session.
• Sessions can be purchased in bulk for a discount (e.g. purchase 5 sessions at a 10% discount). Contact Primal Tao Movement for more information, if you're interested.
• Your session time is just for you.  If you need to make changes, just call and let us know. We make every effort to find times that work for our clients.
• We do charge a $50 late cancellation fee (for cancellations with less than 24 hours notice).
• There is a $100 no-show fee (with no notice of cancellation at all).

Insurance

We currently accept the following insurance plans:

• Kaiser Foundation Health Plan Washington (HMO and PPO)
  
• Aetna PPO-EPO and Medicare (under many different plan names)

We apologize that we do not take other insurance plans at this time (yet). We can, however, prepare a generic claim form (a.k.a. a “superbill”) which you can submit to your insurance company to get reimbursed for whatever coverage your policy supports (for out of network care).
